Sales tax is added to each item based on where it's being shipped. Shipping rates are flat rates and are not negotiable.
Customer is responsible for all shipping, both directions, should you need to exchange anything.
We are happy to exchange unworn, unwashed, NEW product with tags on it for store credit within 15 days of purchase.
For vintage clothing, we offer exchanges within ONE WEEK of receiving the item.
All returns must be preauthorized by our staff. Please do not send anything back without prior approval.
We realize you may not be able to get items sent back to us within that time, but you must get your return authorization within the specified time and we must receive your item WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE RETURN AUTH for you to receive full credit.
Items must be in the EXACT same condition they were in when we shipped them in order to get credit.
This means they cannot:
smell like smoke or perfume
cannot be covered in animal hair
cannot have been worn and stretched out
(Jeans stretch! This is not a flaw or our responsibility, and we will NOT exchange jeans that have stretched out. Ever. Period.)
We are a very small business and we cannot offer refunds. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. We are happy to exchange merchandise. Please remember that when you are buying from us.
